Auth Bypass: Viper failed to propagate the 'secretKeyring' parameter to the internal 'defaultRemoteProvider' structure during AddSecureRemoteProvider calls, silently disabling authentication and encryption for remote configuration sources. Developers who configured secure remote providers were left vulnerable to unauthenticated configuration injection.
