Denial of Service: Integer overflow in the MatrixMarket format reader allows maliciously crafted matrix headers with extremely large dimension declarations to cause application crashes or hangs during parsing. This occurs when reading values that exceed standard integer storage widths during conversion via Cython-generated C-API helper functions.
