Recurring patterns
The bug types that recur here, drawn from past fixes, not open vulnerabilities.
Auth Bypass: Inconsistent identity verification allows an attacker to bypass log access controls. If the cryptographic signature is verified against a public key that does not match the identity property checked by the access controller, unauthorized log entries can be appended.
Cryptographic Issues: Weak binding in identity generation allows identity spoofing. An attacker can manipulate identity structures if the public key and signature are not cryptographically bound to the identity identifier during verification.
