Command Injection: Untrusted pull request branch names were directly interpolated into a bash run step in the GitHub Actions workflow. An attacker could craft a malicious branch name containing shell metacharacters to execute arbitrary commands within the runner environment, potentially compromising repository secrets or the build pipeline. This was mitigated by passing the branch name through an environment variable.
